Conference Proceedings

Abstract of all accepted and presented papers and all accepted and presented full papers will be published in the conference proceedings (USB version) and will be sent to IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The extended version will be considered for inclusion in the journal.
